In working with Deanna Peters for just over two months as of the date of this reference as my Real Estate Agent in the sale of my previous principal residence in the town of Paradise Valley, Az. My home has been of and on the market for various periods over the last 2 years with various other agents in this terribly depressed real estate market. I have NOT had a more competent agent to date. She has generated in this two months period of time MORE interest in my home through buyers, remodelers, investors and renters then all my other agents have in over two years.
 
Her marketing knowledge and contacts seem endless and she has seeming embraced the sale of my home as a personal and professional vendetta against the present market. Her daily, weekly and monthly updates of activity has made me feel that my property can not help but sell under her direction. She has yet to even suggest that price reductions were in order because she has seen the value in the home and helped me initially price the home realistically. Prior agents communications were usually descriptions of the lack of interest in the home (that they failed to generate) and for me to consider only price reductions .
